Death sentence of another Iranian juvenile was approved by Branch 33 of Iran’s supreme court.
17 year old Kamal, a barber assistant, was charged for murdering Shahin (25) during a quarrel at work on April 10, 2007. He was later sentenced to death by Branch 71, of Tehran General Court on April 12, 2008 which was approved this week in Tehhran’s supreme court. The file will be sent to Iran’s head of judiciary for permission to execute.
