President of SCE addresses Canadian Parliamentarians.

In a room full of  Canadian Members of Parliament, Sentaors, Diplomats and public, SCE President Nazanin Afshin-Jam addressed Iran’s human rights abuses including child executions and providing policy recommendations. She helped organize this panel through the office of Government member of parliament John Weston. She was accompanied on the panel by Nobel Peace Laureate Dr. Shirin Ebadi, International Human Rights Lawyer and McGill University professor Dr. Payam Akhavan, Executive Director of the Foundation for Defence of Democracies Mark Dubowitz and New York Times correspondent to Iran Nazila Fathi.
